How to Get MapQuest 4 Mobile for BlackBerry (Mobile)

Download and Install from Your Browser

To get MapQuest 4 Mobile using a browser:

1. From the Home screen, open the applications list or view.
   
   
   
   
2. Open your mobile device browser.
3. Press Menu to show the menu options.
4. Select Go To.
   
   
   
   
5. Press Delete to remove the www.
6. Type m.mq4m.com and click the trackball.
   
   
   
   
7. If you already have BlackBerry App World installed on your device, highlight and select Open in BlackBerry App World, otherwise, highlight and select Download App World.
   
   
   
   
8. Follow the on-screen instructions for installing BlackBerry App World. Accept the terms of use. If a Featured Product appears once BlackBerry App World starts, press Menu and select Close.
   
   Note: If your device is not supported, you will see a note indicating that you device is not available. If MapQuest 4 Mobile is available for your device, you will see a Download button.
   
9. Highlight and select Download.
   
    
   
   The download progress is shown on the screen.
   
   
   
   
10. If you are prompted to set application permissions, select Yes.
    A success message is shown on the screen.
    
11. Highlight and select either OK or Run.
    
    

Download and Install from BlackBerry App World

Note: If you do not have Blackberry App World™ installed on your mobile device, open a browser and enter http://www.blackberry.com/appworld/download to download it. Follow the on-screen instructions to install and accept the terms of use.

To get MapQuest 4 Mobile from the BlackBerry App World:

1. Open BlackBerry App World from the Home screen on your mobile device.
   
   
   
   
2. Highlight and select the search icon (magnifying glass).
   
   
   
   
3. Type mapquest in the search text box and click the trackball.
   
   
   
   
4. Highlight and select the MapQuest 4 Mobile application.
   
   
   
   
5. Highlight and select Download. A progress bar is displayed while the application downloads and installs.
   
   
   
   
6. Select OK or Run at the application install success prompt.
